The S-Bahn in the direction of Hanau or Offenbach runs every 15 minutes. A ride costs € 4.35 and you only need 17 minutes. At the airport (regional train station), the S-Bahn usually leave from platform 1.
SubUrban-Trains heading Hanau or Offenbach via Frankfurt run about any 15 minutes. Inside Airport look out for white / green "S" to find station "Regionalbahnhof". Tickets available from vending machines for € 4.35. A trip takes just 17 minutes only.
